Advantage of cold chamber die casting machine
Compared with hot chamber die casting machine, the cold chamber die casting machine have evident advantage. Because the molten aluminum alloy is ladled into the cold chamber and injected into the cavity without any delay. The exposure of molten aluminum alloy in atmosphere is reduced to minimum. Thus the molten aluminum alloy can be more protected rather than reacted with oxygen in the atmosphere
The cold chamber die casting machine can have much swifter injection velocity and much higher pressure than the hot chamber one. Quicker injection speed, quicker production speed. And much higher pressure can achiever higher density, that means better hardness and roughness, and better surface quality that can be good for post finishing.
Mold temperature controller and cooling system
The dimensional deviation happens in die casting process is mainly resulted from temperature variation of the mold, as the increasing mold temperature leads to different shrinkage rate of the mold. Thus a functional mold temperature controller and assistant cooling system can keep the temperature namely the shrinkage within the allowed tolerance is essential for product high precision die casting.
Besides the mold temperature controller, a effective cooling system is important for controlling the casting tolerance. And the cooling system must be consisted with cooling system of the die casting mold. Our die casting molds are produced by a professional tooling factory. Every die casting mold has complete cooling system.
Automatic ladling arms application
Automatic ladling arm is applied to all of our die casting machines. The automatic ladling arm can keep even the molten aluminum alloy of each shot. Furthermore the ladles can be alternated with different capacity according to different weight of castings. And application of automatic ladling arm can usefully guarantee the safety of operating.

In a cold chamber die casting process, the molten aluminum alloy is ladled into the cold chamber for each shot. There is less time exposure of the melt alloy to the plunger walls or the plunger. This is particularly useful for aluminum alloy that alloys easily with Iron at the higher temperatures.
After the molten aluminum alloy is ladled in to the cold chamber, the piston will inject it into the cavity of the die casting mold through three different pressure phrases. The pressured molten aluminum alloy gets in sequence through spure system, running system and gate system into the cavity of the die casting mold.
The filled cavity with affection of cooling system shapes the desired aluminum die casting products. Then the moving die moves away from the fix die, while the ejectors push out the casting.
